In the end we made a strong offer and with Doug’s guidance deployed some leverage with a holistic offer that got us the house even though another buyer bid the same amount. From start to finish Doug was a phenomenal support, especially managing the risks and challenges of doing this in the midst of a pandemic.

He has got exceptional communication skills, very concise and effective. He provides the best service and flexible with any possible help that he could do even personally. Doug personifies going above and beyond. He helped us buy a home in Newton while were located in California (effectively house hunting only only on weekdays after work) and ended up helping us close the transaction in the middle of the pandemic. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful, and most importantly, trustworthy. He gave us our space to make decisions, but was always ready to help us when we needed it. He was able to guide us even though our search was over a wide area: Cambridge, Newton, Arlington, Brookline and Winchester.
